About Us

ORGACO, defined as an acronym for The Old Royalist Groups’ Associations’ and Clubs’ Organizers, is the conduit that connects the Royal College Union with Groups, Associations and Clubs of Old Royalists.

Eligibility for Membership

Any Group, Association or Club of Old Royalists are eligible for membership of ORGACO

Vision

A union of member Groups, Associations and Clubs affiliated to the Royal College Union that collaborates and works towards the single goal of supporting and uplifting Royal College in close coordination with the College Authorities and the Royal College Union.

Mission/Purpose

Collaborating beyond boundaries and across boundaries within the Old Royalist fraternity to create synergies, completely shifting away from the traditional silo approach of operating as individual Groups, Associations and Clubs of Old Royalists to see the bigger picture, and to work towards achieving the objectives of the ORGACO and all its members, collectively and effectively while guiding, recognizing, supporting, inspiring and empowering its member Groups, Associations and Clubs to formulate and achieve objectives that are in the best interest of Royal College.

Objects of the ORGACO (As extracted from the ORGACO Constitution)

 ORGACO subscribes to the objects of the Royal College Union as set out in Article 2 of its constitution in total, and every Group, Association and Club of Old Royalists that is or becomes a member of ORGACO shall at all time act in conformity with and in furtherance of such objects.

Objects of the RCU (As extracted from the RCU Constitution)

•  2.1 to promote the advancement, progress and welfare of the Royal College;
• 2.2 to maintain the interest of members in the Royal College;
• 2.3 to promote and advance the educational, cultural, recreational, social and economic welfare of the students of the Royal College;
• 2.4 to promote and advance the economic and general welfare of past students of the Royal College;
• 2.5 to promote, establish and control and recreation or Sports Club;
• 2.6 to cater to national causes related to Educational and Skills Development and Training which would be beneficial to present and past students;
• 2.7 to promote affiliation with alumni associations of overseas secondary schools for networking academic and co-curricular co-operation.
